Working in conjunction with Nicky White from Precision Real Estate, James specialises in both the residential and lifestyle market. Living on a lifestyle block and having experience in the development of lifestyle properties he has a strong foundation and understanding of that section of the market.
James places a strong emphasis on building an excellent rapport with his clients, and is totally committed to providing a high value customer service which involves active engagement and communication at all times.

Prior to joining Nicky at Precision, James was part of the successful Lifestyle team at Bayleys Albany working with a strong database of both national and international buyers.
