In 2012 Angela was the top performing salesperson in the Ponsonby Ray White office achieving a ranking of 13th in New Zealand in the Ray White network. As an Elite performer Angela has experience selling in both good and difficult markets and knows the importance of having great administrative assistance to ensure she can focus on providing a responsive service for both purchasers and vendors.
In 2008 Angela completed a Diploma of Business Studies in Real Estate at Massey University. Not surprisingly, she focused on negotiation. ‘It made sense because great negotiation skills maximise the selling price. My primary goal in every transaction is to maximise the selling price and sell the property in the shortest time possible. Listening carefully, advising responsibly and negotiating astutely are three ways I will add value to the sale of your property.’
